A welcome package with a detailed itinerary, supplier contact list, various brochures of the destinations you will be visiting and any other touristic information that we deem you may find useful will be waiting for you upon arrival at the first hotel on your trip.
A transfer in a private vehicle with a driver between the airport and city or hotel is provided.
Meet your private guide and driver at your hotel before transferring to Coogee, one of Australia’s oldest seaside towns. Meander along the promenade to the Cliff Walkway where you’ll enjoy picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean. Stroll past an old cemetery, then on to see samples of past “Sculptures by the Sea” exhibitions.
Further on, visit the beautiful sandy surfing beach of Bronte where you may wish to break at one of the many excellent cafes for refreshments and a rest while learning about the colorful sandstone rock formations in the cliffs as surfers ride the waves to shore. Fortunate guests may also see migrating whales which often are spotted off the coastline in this area.
On arrival at the beachside mecca of Bondi, you’ll stop for lunch at the iconic Sydney Icebergs Swimming Club. Here you’ll enjoy sumptuous food served amid stunning views. Choose to then stroll down the esplanade with the locals, take a refreshing swim, or even enjoy an ice cream before re-boarding your vehicle and making your way back to your hotel.
Experience Sydney’s iconic city landmarks and opulent waterfront sights from the comfort of a small shared boat cruise. Sail by the famous Harbour Bridge and Opera House, observing stunning mansions on the water’s edge. You’ll next visit idyllic Store Beach, perhaps choosing to enjoy a refreshing swim if the weather’s warm enough. Next, enjoy lunch at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, home to the famous Sydney to Hobart yacht race.
Tour the historic North Head Quarantine Station, where migrants arriving to a new Australia were first sent if they had fallen ill during their sea voyage. Now transformed into a museum, the station chronicles this significant chapter in Australia’s heritage. Afterwards, enjoy a spot of afternoon tea before sailing back to the harbor. Immerse yourself in this truly authentic Sydney experience – a boat cruise, beach, nature, history, and lamingtons!
You’ll have private transfers between your accommodations and Sydney Airport with a professional driver. Board a separate flight from Sydney to Ayers Rock (flight not included in the price). Shared transfers between Ayers Rock airport and your hotel are provided with an average waiting time of 20 minutes.
The Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park fee is included. Experience the Sounds of Silence dinner, featuring canapés, sparkling wine, traditional Aboriginal dance, Australian wine and beer, a buffet dinner with native ingredients, stargazing, and dessert. Please confirm your pick-up time with the hotel reception upon arrival.
Accompany the Traditional Uluru Family with to their homelands called Patji and spend time learning about one of the oldest living cultures in the world. A unique and exclusive touring experience, Patji is located just outside of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park south of Uluru.
Explore this extraordinary environment by 4WD with your Aboriginal guide, stopping along the journey to hear stories such as how Paddy Uluru fought for Aboriginal land rights to where Uluru is today. The Uluru family will share their personal story with you during this authentic cultural experience. Join them for afternoon tea under a remote shelter to hear how they survived in this desert environment before tourism started in the region.
Continue on to a private sand dune to view the great expanse of the desert overlooking Uluru and Kata Tjuta enjoying sunset with drinks and light snacks.
In the morning, a guide will pick you up for a sunrise experience (between 4:45 am and 6:15 am). You’ll enjoy the beauty of Uluru at dawn in a small group of 12 or fewer. Afterward, visit Mutitjulu Waterhole and take a drive around Uluru before returning to the resort. Shared transfers between Ayers Rock airport and your hotel are provided with an average waiting time of 20 minutes.
Next, board a separate flight from Ayers Rock to Cairns (flight not included). Upon arrival in Cairns, enjoy a private transfer to Port Douglas. Port Douglas offers a variety of fantastic local restaurants, including Zinc and Hi Tide by the Beach, known for fresh seafood and creative dishes. You can also opt for a casual evening by exploring Macrossan Street for pizza and gelato.
Embark on a day of both adventure and relaxation as you board a beautiful sailing yacht for a shared departure to the Coral Cays of Mackay or Undine Reefs, following the coastline for views of the Daintree Mountains. Once at the protected sites of Coral Cays, nature activities will include snorkeling over the pristine coral reef with a qualified marine biologist offering reef interpretation on a guided snorkel tour. A glass bottom boat coral viewing tour is also on offer.

Two premium wine tasting events have been chosen to be in depth, relaxed and well paced so you have a connection with the region, the winery and the wine. Later, experience a wonderful winery visit to De Bortoli Estate; managed by third generation Leanne De Bortoli and Chief winemaker husband, Steven Webber at their spectacular home in the Yarra Valley.
The De Bortoli family are known for their premium wines and Italian heritage. Here, you will enjoy a cheese and wine pairing experience at the warm and friendly cellar door where the cheeses are made in-house. You will return to your hotel door or pick-up location by 5.00 – 5.30pm.
